Communication with Tradespeople
Once we have assessed your requirements, we will then share your details with 3 of our registered tradespeople to enable them to provide you with quotes. We allow direct communication between our Customers and our Tradespeople to allow open and productive communication.
Job Completion and Feedback
After selecting the most suitable tradesperson for your project, they will proceed with the job based on the agreed-upon terms. Once the job is successfully completed, we highly value your feedback. Your input enables us to continuously improve our services and helps other customers make informed decisions.

In the event that you encounter any issues or concerns with the completed work, our support team is here to mediate and assist in finding a resolution that meets your satisfaction. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that your experience is positive and the job is completed to your utmost satisfaction.
